Calling all experienced FFX players
Okies, don't know how to start, but I had a few questions about Anima...I understand that you have to beat Geosgaeno...I did that already...But I am kinda stuck now...I understand that you need 5 hidden items from Spira to take to the chamber of fayth...I know that you have to get one from the Zanarkand Dome...Well, I have 2/6 so far...And I know where to get the one from the Zanarkand Dome, so that just leaves 3 more...So, if anyone can help me on those, I'd appreciate it...I looked it up on the net a few times but I always get the full walkthrough normally and the walkthroughs still don't give me a clear idea...And if anyone has a "Brady Games" guide and it's listed in there, can you tell me what page? I fear I may have overlooked it, but the secrets part doesn't really tell you what these items are called...It's been driving me nuts...Thanks if you can help...I'll look it up some more...

Anima and Magus Sisters make the end-game WAY too easy. If you have them you can power straight through Sin with VERY little difficulty. But... they are fun to nuke the hell outta stuff with.

Yeah the brady games guide covers it. You have to get the secret chest items from each cloister of trials. This is using the destruction orbs in each temple. I missed the first temples due to accidentally pushing the pedastal and not having the destruction orb so I had to go back right before you fight Sin. When I went back the guard wouldnt let me in. I was frustrated.
I then read that you have to use the airship and go to the (highbridge???) the place where Khimari stops seymour for everyone to get away. That triggers a few scenes and Yunas name is cleared of being a traitor and allowing you to get into the temples. Once you get all 6 items you get a scene with seymours mother.
Gamefaqs will have everything you need, and if you go to each temple section in the brady game guide you will see that they tell you exactly how to get and use each destruction orb.
I powered up Yuna, Tidus, and Auron to 255 for every attribute except luck of course. Its funny seeing Yuna hit for 99,999 lol! FFX was a great game that I enjoyed owning =) FFX-2 just changed too much to make it enjoyable =(

Right... for each destruction sphere in each temple, you get an item. It's completing the each of the puzzles that gives you access to Anima.

Well, once I get anima, it should be a breeze...I am well aware of how to get the magus sisters, but I think I have to fight them first...I can't wait to see their overdrive since it's considered the most devestating in the game...But so far, I've cleared a lot o things...And I want to have all the aeons before moving on.. But thanks for the input...I'm gonna have to flip through those pages again, but it makes things a lot clearer...

Well technically it's not as devastating as Sin's overdrive. But you can't really get more devastating than "you instantly lose".

Mm. Magus Sister's own. I miss FFX.
(You think getting Anima is tedious/pain in the Arse...just until you get around to Lulu's Ultimate weapon. I think I still have the bald spot from all the hair I pulled out.)

And Yunalesca was kinda like that if ya didn't have zombie on ya when she used her Mega Death attack...But I imagine Sin is far, far more worse...

I cannot believe someone actually had trouble with THAT!! (too easy)

Well, that's all good and well, but do remember, game play is different for everyone so we shouldn't judge

Yeah, using the "tape down the x button" is so hard. Seriously, FFX is probably the easiest FF game ever to pull an AFK level up on.

Well there was also that raft section in FFVI (FFIII on SNES) where you could loop it indefinately with an autofire controller. Just leave the game running and gain all the levels you want.
